All email metadata, notes, tags, reminders, and preferences are stored locally on your device. InboxPro does not operate any servers and does not transmit your data outside of your device.
MailPulse integrates with Microsoft Outlook through the Microsoft Graph API using secure authentication. Access to your email data is read-only and limited to the permissions you explicitly grant. InboxPro does not retain copies of your email content outside of your device.
MailPulse does not use analytics, tracking technologies, advertising services, or third-party data collection frameworks.
